OmniGIS®

The OmniGIS® is Omniprobe's multiple gas injection system for the FIB or SEM. It provides programmable feedback control of three on-board gas sources and up to two additional external purge/carrier gas sources while occupying only a single GIS port! The user can create and recall recipes enabling the mixing of sources or automated alternating delivery of sources. The OmniGIS® is compatible with both deposition precursors, Tungsten, Platinum, Oxides, as well as etch chemistries. The OmniGIS® uses industry standard solid or liquid precursors. The source crucibles are user replaceable within a 30 minute timeframe with no realignment of the injector system required.

Nanomanipulators - AutoProbe® Line

AutoProbe® 200
Omniprobe's industry leading multi-purpose nanomanipulator sets the standard for in-situ nanomanipulation, and offers unique options such as concentric-corrected rotations and custom manipulation recipes for reorienting sample positions. Autoprobe® systems are the only nanomanipulators in the market that know exactly where they are positioned relative to the sample and allow saved locations, making manipulation fast and easy. Applications include FIB lift-out, nanowire manipulation, single probe electrical measurements, nanomechanical testing, MEMS assembly, and charge neutralization in the FIB or SEM.

AutoProbe® 300
Based on the AutoProbe® 200, the AutoProbe® 300 offers the same versatility as the 200 with the added benefits of in-situ probe tip exchange and high throughput TEM sample prep using the external Short-Cut™ system. Probe tips are easily changed without venting and are alignment guided using a software wizard to facilitate operation in multi-user environments.

Transfer Systems & Load Locks

Sensitive Sample Transfer (SST™)
This integrated system transfers environmentally sensitive samples to or from the FIB or SEM to any other analytical instrument, while protecting the sample in an inert gas environment.

Generic Load Lock (GLL™)
An integrated system used to transfer samples into and out of the FIB or SEM. The GLL™ can be customized to fit available side ports of various sizes and geometries.
