10 Angstroms to Represent Omniprobe on the East Coast

10 Angstroms and Omniprobe have recently signed an agreement, where 10 Angstroms will sell the complete Omniprobe product line on the East Coast. The Omniprobe product line offers in-situ "nano-lab" capabilities for SEM, TEM, and FIBs. Both 10 Angstroms and Omniprobe will exhibit at the upcoming EIPBN conference.
